Walt and his family enjoy rural living on their 90 acres north of Roseburg where they’ve raised a variety of lifestock.
Patrice and her husband currently live on a 130 acre farm on the outskirts of Oakland where they grow wine grapes and raise cattle.
Both Walt and Patrice understand the needs, and lifestyle of living in a rural area, uniquely positioning them to understand the joys of rural living in Douglas County and the variety of real estates properties out there to accommodate those that would like a similar lifestyle.

FOR EXAMPLE, A $250,000 PURCHASE RESULTS IN A $250 DONATION. you get to pick which charity you would like the donation to go to.
